  4. Payments and Fees｜料金・支払い

    All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Consultation fees, tutoring fees, and package fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible. 特段の書面合意がない限り、各種料金は事前支払いとなります。 コンサルティング、家庭教師、各種パッケージ料金は、サービス開始後は返金不可となります。 キャンセルまたは日程変更については、可能な限り24時間前までにご連絡ください。
